After having baby goats the next step is milking mama. So we got a milking stand and tried before her milk adjusts to the amount that the kids drink. We got her on the stand and she seemed distressed so we brought in the kids and one person stood at her head and held the bucket of grain, one person milked, and one stood on the opposite side.
there was a strange technique to it, you punch the milk sack, then squeeze it down. We didn't get much, but maybe we just haven't mastered the art yet.
